Small Business Administration (SBA) and other government guaranteed loans offer financing you need with the fast turnaround only found with an SBA Express Lender.  
  • SBA 7(a):  SBA's primary program for term loans
  • SBA 504:  Long-term, fixed asset and owner occupied commercial real estate
  • SBA Express:  Quick, streamlined lending process for lines of credit and term loans

  • Capital Access Program (CAP) Loan through Oregon Economic and Community Development Department (OECDD)
CAP Loans range from $1,000 to $150,000, and include the Oregon Credit Enhancement Fund; Oregon Capital Access Program; and the Oregon Business Development Fund

  • Microenterprise Fund Loan Program in partnership with OECDD
Albina is proud to partner with the Oregon Economic and Community Development Department (OECDD) to provide access to this fund designed to meet the needs of very small businesses operated by minority individuals, women, and emerging small businesses (MWESB's.)  Loans and lines of credit up to $50,000 are available to MWESB's anywhere in Oregon under flexible terms to encourage the growth of these businesses.
